Few years back, we bumped into a prospect looking to take his offline laundry business in London to the online medium. We immediately discussed his end objective – which was to increase his customer base, outside the 5-6 kms radius from where their laundry store was getting plenty of customers over the years. With this objective in mind to ensure this brand started getting laundry orders online across London, we built a website and a laundry mobile application (Android and iOS versions) for them.

A Mumbai based manufacturer of chocolate wafer rolls and biscuits who had built a brand over last several decades and doing wonderful offline business in various states of India, approached us for suggestions on how they could tackle seamless management of orders from their various super stockists, distributors and wholesalers. Till then they were managing it manually and were facing lot of issues, which required lot of man hours to sort them out. We suggested them to build a distributors management app or B2B mobile ordering app for distributors and wholesalers.

We eventually listed all their products in this app, along with the Minimum Order Quantity for different distributors. We had custom login credentials for each of their major distributors in different states, who could see what the brand wanted to show them. The distributors and super stockists could easily make orders (and repeat orders) for different products, get information about new products or special offers, etc. via this mobile app. Order tracking was seamless via this app, and there was complete order history maintained, so that there was no disagreement between the brand and the distributors with regards to how much quantity of any particular SKU was ordered, delivered, wrongly delivered, or missed to be delivered.

We built a customer assistance mobile application for a well-known brand in the consumer electronics and home appliances space. The main objective of this app was to empower the customers of the brand to easily register their products (purchased from the brand) on the app and avail ongoing service support for the same.
